This patient did not like her smile as she felt that she showed too much gum. She was unhappy with her existing crowns which she felt looked very bulky and artificial. Her gums were quite inflamed around the crowns and she also felt that the smile line sloped steeply down to her left. The patient expressed a desire to retain a natural looking smile.
