Claustrophobic

Having suffered from a debilitating fear of enclosed spaces since my children were born I sought Alastairs help. When he told me of his success with others I cynically thought I'd be the exception. After only one treatment session Alastair sent me off to 'try out' the work he'd done. I felt no different and was still skeptical. That's is until I approached the elevator at the supermarket. To my amazement it held no fear for me now and as I stepped out I felt like telling everyone I saw that I'd been in the lift. Excitedly I called Alastair with my news and told him that ' They have music in lifts now!' After he'd stopped laughing it occurred to me that it had been 18 years since I was last in an elevator. To further prove I'm cured I met Alastair at the Moathouse hotel in Galsgow and took the glass elevator to the 16th floor I was calm and relaxed the whole time. Flying had also previously terrified me but I've booked my holiday and am looking forward to some summer sun for the first time ever.
